The HG PTO Board is Looking for Candidates for the 2018-2019 School Year!

The Heritage Grove PTO Board is beginning its election process for the 2018-2019 school year.  Please see below the list of open positions, along with a brief description of the responsibilities for each position.  If you are interested or have any questions please email your nominations/questions to one of the following committee members.

President / Co-President 

  • Must have served on the Heritage Grove PTO board for at least one previous term 

  • Preside at all meetings of the organization and set agendas 


1st Vice President  

  • Preside over meetings in the absence of the President / Co-President 

  • Serve as aide to President / Co-President 

  • Serve on the Districts CAPE committee in lieu of the 2nd Vice President 


2nd Vice President 

  • Serve as an aide to the President 

  • Serve as the Heritage Grove representative to the District 202 CAPE committee 



  • Keep minutes of all meetings of the organization 



  • Be responsible for all of the funds of the PTO organization 

  • Collect and keep account of monies of the organization 

  • Submit a report at each meeting of the organization 

  • File taxes each year
