• 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

To have scheduling for all teachers located in one place, will be using the website PTCFast.com to make conference scheduling as easy as possible for parents. Please enter the following web address into your browser or click the link below:

https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Heritage_Grove_Middle_School_3

A list of teachers at Heritage Grove sorted by grade will appear.  Each name is followed by the subjects they teach.

1. Begin by selecting one (or more) teachers you wish to schedule a conference. 
2. Follow directions as instructed on the screen.
3. PTCfast will send you a confirmation email with a link to choose appointment times.
4. On that same page, you will then be able to add additional conferences, change your registration, or change/add additional appointments. 
5. You will have to repeat the process for each student, if you have more than one child at HG.
